Dear CCA Leaders and CLEXCO,
CCA Bazaar serves as an opportunity for you to showcase and promote your CCAs. It also provides J1s with adequate information regarding variety of CCAs available in NYJC to make an informed choice.

It will be held on the 2nd day of Orientation 2012.
Date: 1 February 2012, Wednesday (Week A)
Time: 12.00pm - 2.30pm

Proposal on CCA Booth:
If your CCA would like a booth for CCA Bazaar, please submit a proposal for your booth by 8.00am on 25 January, Wednesday.

- Things to include:
1. Brief design of CCA booth
2. Items to be put on display
3. Information provided at CCA booth (e.g. schedules, achievements, programmes, events)
4. Procedure of activity or game to be conducted at booth (You are encouraged to modify the activity/game conducted during Open House, keeping in mind the objectives of CCA Bazaar, and also that many JC1s would already have been to Open House.)
5. Logistics required (e.g. number of tables and chairs)
6. Required facilities (for sports and aesthetics CCA booths)
7.Space required to set up CCA booth and conduct activity or game

- All Aesthetic Groups and Clubs & Societies: Send to Aruna (nyjc34sc.aruna@gmail.com).
- All Sports and Leadership Groups: Send to ZongSheng (nyjc34sc.zongsheng@gmail.com).

Performances:
Please send an email to Aruna on whether your CCA would like to perform during CCA Bazaar by 9.00pm on 18 January, Wednesday (tomorrow).

- Things to include:
> If you wish to perform the same items that your CCA performed for Open House
> Details of performance if your CCA wants to perform something else or had not performed during Open House, including:
1) Name and description of performance
2) Duration of performance
3) Floor plan of performance
4) Logistics required (e.g. chairs, AVA assistance)
5) Answer these questions:
Does your CCA want to perform in the Atrium?
If no, would LT4 be a better place?
If no again, why not LT4, and where do you suggest performing in?
(Please note that venue requests are subject to availability as well as interest from other CCAs. Do also keep in mind that most of the activity will be centred around the Atrium and Ebloussiant area.)

- Due to the short time for preparation, your CCA is encouraged to perform items that it is very familiar with.
- Vetting of the performances will be held on 25 January, Wednesday for all CCAs that wish to perform during CCA Bazaar. There might also be a rehearsal held on 27 January, Friday.

Dear NYJCians,
We are pleased to inform you that the deadline for OGL (2012 Orientation Group Leader) application is extended to this friday 28 October 2011. You can obtain the application form from Litespeed, and submit into the designated C2 point mailbox. There will be 2 interviews, 1 on this friday afternoon for OGL applicants who submitted the form last week, and the other on next Tuesday 1 November for those who submit the form this week.
