To refine and improve upon the peddler’s existing abilities
- To encourage novices to further their kayaking experience
- To develop a better understanding of how the environment affects
paddling
- To gain knowledge of expeditionary practices and roles
Description
of Programme
The 2 Star Kayaking Course is aimed at paddlers who wish to progress
into the next level of kayaking (Beginner - Intermediate). Intermediate
level maneuvers will be taught which will enhance the overall understanding
of boat control and further enhance the overall proficiency of his/her
kayaking. Participants will be introduced to the spray-skirt, which
prevents entry of water into the cockpit.
Prerequisites
To be able to swim 50m with buoyancy vest

Attire:
PE attire and covered shoes. Bring a set of clothes to change
