Fencing for Beginners

Objectives of Programme:
In learning the skills of attacking and defending with the sword, fencers develop co-ordination, balance and flexibility which makes fencing training an ideal means of keeping fit for all ages and abilities. It also helps them maintain discipline, learn to be determined and stimulate their intellectual capabilities.

Time: 10 am -1200pm

No.of sessions: Participants must attend 2 sessions

No. of students (per session):min 15, max 40

Cost per student: $20 subsidised by school, $20 paid by participant

Attire: PE shirt, track pants and covered shoes. Bring a set of clothes to change.
