With the burden and stress, it is inevitable that things might get out of hand sometimes, and sooner or later, we’ll reach our breaking point.

Perhaps we can take some time off memorizing our history notes or forcing the chemical equations into our head and instead, grab an apple and take a few bites. While taking bites off that apple, we could focus on our diaphragmatic breathing and try to relax for a few minutes before continuing with what we were doing before. We would definitely need to prioritize our time well enough for us to be able to carry out this lifestyle effectively. Having a well-planned daily schedule would help us to achieve goals everyday and at the same time helps us to exercise self-discipline which would come in handy during the examination period.

If you feel that you’re reaching your breaking point already, you could possibly just take a walk into our school library, or arrange a session with the school counselor and she would be able to have a chat with you on the problems that you face while studying for these examinations. It is crucial for us to be emotionally stable in order to succeed in the exams.

Lastly, NYCX wishes you all the very best for your examinations! May your efforts pay off with excellent results.
