My Grandparent's Treasure Competition 2008 Discover, Shoot and Share Your Story! The Singapore Discovery Centre is organising 'My Grandparent's Treasure Competition 2008'. This competition provides the platform for students to improve on their oral history skills by interviewing their grandparents, parents or aunties/uncles. Theis ground up initiative enables students to learn valuable experiences and convey these memories to others by writing a story. Participants will - Discover an object of sentimental value from their grandparents, parents or uncles/aunties. - Shoot a picture of it. - Share the story by writing it! Attractive prizes to be be given away and selected entries will also be showcased in the coming racial harmony exhibition in Singapore Discovery Centre in July 2008. Hurry and download the entries forms from Singapore Discovery Centre! All interested participants must send in their entries through Mr. Loke by 1st April 2008
