The logo signifies NYJC's entry into a new era.

The wave, signifying dynamism and vitality goes through a circle and into a new space, symbolizing NYJC emerging from its past into a new era. The wave carries the three colours of the college, moving together and connected to each other, representing unity and cohesion as it makes its journey forward. The circle represents NYJC's emphasis on holistic education which serves as the gateway into this new and ever-changing landscape of education.

By combining the elements, the number “30” is formed, referring to the school's 30th anniversary as it celebrates 30 years of success.

Nanyang Junior College is celebrating her 30th Anniversary this year by throwing a huge party on 28 th April 2007. It will be a day of fun where people can enjoy themselves and trade great stories of success and reminisce about the good old days.

We invite all ex-NYJCians and former staff to be part of this big bash.  There will be a carnival with lots of games and fun-filled activities to suit everyone's taste. You can also witness the sealing of our new time capsule which will capture our identity and wonderful experiences over the past years.  28 th April 2007 will also see the opening of our art gallery and heritage gallery; two very special corners in our college which we have been dreaming of. You can also join us in our mural painting project which involves 30 murals on the walls of HDB blocks around NYJC.

Bring your family and friends to the party and let them enjoy the true experience of NYJC!

Shuttle buses will be provided to ferry Alumni and guests attending our celebrations from Bishan.
