About Level Camp
Level Camp is an annual event introduced into our college in 2005, to provide training for all JC1 NYJCians to become leaders of tomorrow!

Currently into its fourth year, Level Camp has been well received by participants of previous years, as it provides a platform for the new NYJCians to bond with their classmates, learn more about their college and develop their potential, in line with the college vision and mission.

In this year’s Level Camp, we will be focusing on developing NYJCians’ Resilience, Resourcefulness and Teamwork through a series of activities and reflections. These values are three of the five core values of our college. We are pleased to have trainers from The Absorbent Mind to be our partners for organizing this year’s Level Camp.

Details for ex-NYJCians interested to be Facils
Your role during the Level Camp is to act as facilitators for this year’s JC1 NYJCians during the Level Camp. Working with an adult facil provided by our partners and a selected Yr1 facil, you would be conducting reflection sessions for the day’s events. The purpose of these reflection sessions is to help our JC1 NYJCians internalize what they have learnt in the activities. We hope that you would also be able to share with the JC1 NYJCians your experience as a NYJCian Student Leader.

Please note that the training and the actual event held on the 1st, 2nd, 6th and 7th of March will be full day events from 8am – 5pm. Attendance is compulsory for all four days to ensure that both facils and JC1 NYCians benefit fully from this experience.

Please feel free to contact Mr Alvin Tan at tan_teck_siang_alvin@moe.edu.sg or 6380 5124 for further enquiries.
