Mission:Impossible:III

In this third film of the Mission:Impossible series, secret agent Ethan Hunt has a career change and is now training new IMF agents. The story focuses more on his personal life in which he is engaged to Julia, a medical nurse. She believes her future husband works as a boring traffic flow analyst as Ethan is unable to tell her the whole truth. He lives with the terror of the consequences of having his secret identity compromised.

However, Julia soon finds about out everything when she is taking hostage by despicable arms dealer, Owen Davian. In order to save Julia, Ethan and his team have 48 hours to track down a top secret item and deliver it to Davian or he can forget about making any more wedding plans. Thus, Ethan accepts his most impossible mission ever to save the world and the woman he loves.

This movie is definitely worth watching as the action scenes are refreshingly innovative, complemented with spectacular cinematography and sound effects. The impressive stunts include leaping off tall buildings, scaling walls and navigating elevator shafts. The breathtaking nocturnal rooftop sequence in Shanghai is a scene you won't soon forget! There are also cool gadgets and disguises used by the IMF agents which make the film very fascinating. The elaborate plot twists and special effects will keep you on the edge of your seat!

M:I:3 is different from the previous two films in that there is real team effort, and the core of the film is a more personal story compared to the blank slate Ethan's character appeared to be in the previous two MI films. This sequel also mixes in more humor and heart.

This show is a must watch with its great action and suspense which brings you on a high-octane, rollercoaster ride of pure escapism. Tom Cruise has great charisma and great acting. Its sound effects and scores by composer Michael Giacchino, enhances the experience tremendously. M:I:3 is one fast-paced, action-packed film that you won't want to miss!
